For better security, the details of your e-gift card will be sent to you via email and SMS only.

  • Customer should announce that he would like to use the Subway E-Gift voucher before placing the order at the Subway offline outlets
  • Customer to present the voucher to the cashier via Email/SMS /Whats app
  • On check out - provide the 16 digit card number and 6 digit PIN to the Subway outlet personnel

Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for dine-in transactions only, and the validity of the Gift Card shall not be extended in any event whatsoever.
Gift Card will be in the form of an e-voucher.
Customer should announce usage of e voucher before placing the order.
The Gift card is redeemable only once. Any balance left on the card will be forfeited.
Each individual Gift Card is redeemable solely on a single transaction by the end customers and if such gift card is redeemed partially, balance amount shall be deemed to have been lapsed.
Multiple Gift Cards (i.e. – more than one) cannot be clubbed in a single transaction
If the invoice amount exceeds the value of the gift card, balance must be paid by cash, credit or debit card, UPI or any other acceptable forms of payment.
The value of expired gift cards (post their validity) will not be refunded.
Gift Card’s once expired cannot be used again for any transaction.
The gift card can be used only for purchase in Subway restaurants (Company Owned and Franchisees) as per the list attached (Company Owned and Franchisees)
Subway® shall not be liable if the gift card cannot be used at any particular restaurant due to technical errors or other such operating system glitches.
The gift card cannot be used to purchase any Subway product on any delivery platform (eg it cannot be used through a delivery app like Zomato, Swiggy, ONDC sellers etc)
Once the invoice is paid and the customer has not provided the details of gift card to be redeemed, the invoice cannot be amended to include the discount and no request for refund will be entertained.
Once a gift card has been purchased, it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, redeemed for cash, refunded, exchanged or refilled.
No refunds will be entertained for any lost gift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift card balance.
Any invoice , once billed, with a gift card redemption cannot be cancelled. Gift Card will be counted as consumed.
