H. Gift Card Storage Services

Amazepays Gift Card Storage Services are provided to offer convenience to its users towards storing all the various Gift Card details in one place, and no fees are levied on the user for such services. While Amazepays has a robust security system in place, you agree that the risk of any loss of information stored will be borne by you and that Amazepays shall not be liable for the same. Although Amazepays agrees to take best efforts to protect the security of the data provided, Amazepays shall not be liable at all for any loss arising due to: (i) computer virus; (ii) third-party hacking; (iii) technical glitches; or (iv) unauthorized access or use of information.

In the event that an item is mispriced, Amazepays may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Amazepays will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the email address or contact number provided by you, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Amazepays accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account or any other payment mechanism and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Amazepays dispatching the product that you have ordered. If we must cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to you, and you will be notified by email. Amazepays reserves the right to change the prices of products listed on the Website at any time without any prior notice.
